General Information
We recommend arriving in Las Vegas on Sunday for badge pick-up beginning at 8 am and leaving no earlier than Wednesday, April 1.
The Fintech Meetup experience includes conference days and party nights. Prepare for smart-casual attire. The average high temperature during March is 76 degrees Fahrenheit, while the average low is 53 degrees. Keep this in mind when preparing for the event - although it will be taking place indoors, we recommend bringing layers!
Yes, Wi-Fi will be available throughout Fintech Meetup. Check back here for more details as we get closer to the event.
At Fintech Meetup, prepare yourself for some fantastic food offerings! Lunch is served daily for a minimum of 2 hours and breakfast for a minimum of 1 hour each morning, so that you can refuel at a time that is convenient to you. Between meals, you can also find plenty of snacks from our lounges and tea, coffee, & water served throughout the day.
Fintech Meetup does not share or sell attendee contact information. We have not authorized any company to contact you. We recommend that you do not reply to or speak with any organization claiming to sell the Fintech Meetup attendee list and do not share your credit card information.
Luggage can be stored complimentary at the Guest Service Desk located near the main entrance of Mandalay Bay.

Yes!- Ticket transfers are possible. To complete a ticket transfer, locate your confirmation email from when you registered your ticket. There is a line that states. "Can't attend? Nominate a colleague here." This link will bring you to your personal ticket transfer page. The deadline to transfer your ticket is February 23rd.

No, we do not offer any exhibit hall only or one day tickets. Tickets provide access to all aspects of Fintech Meetup, including sessions, networking events, breakfasts, lunches, receptions, exhibits, etc. that are not private. We do not offer any exhibit hall-only or partial attendance rates.
As stated in our Terms of Attendance and Participation, tickets to Fintech Meetup 2026 are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend Fintech Meetup 2026, please email [email protected] and someone from the Attendee Experience team will get back to you!
Meetings Program
Our Meetings Program is a tech-enabled, double opt-in system that facilitates tens of thousands of curated one-to-one meetings open to all attendees. It’s designed to help you connect directly with the people who are most relevant to your business.
Meetup meetings will take place onsite during Fintech Meetup 2026 in a dedicated Meetup area. You can referene our event floorplan here to see exactly where it is located.
All meetings will be scheduled based on everyone’s individual availability during the following times (note that all meetings are pre-scheduled):
Monday, March 30, 2026, at 1:30-3:15 PM PT
Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 11:15 AM -1:15 PM PT & 3:30 PM - 5:15 PM PT
Wednesday, 11:15 AM -1:00 PM PT & 2:00 PM - 3:45 PM PT
Before the event, you’ll browse attendee profiles and request meetings through our Meetings Program platform. When both parties opt in, we schedule the meeting for you. No back-and-forth or guesswork required. Please visit the Attendee Hub to see Meetings Program Guidelines and the pre-event scheduling deadlines.

Through Meetup, you’ll participate in up to 30 meetings - limited only by your availability and mutual interest.
Every Fintech Meetup attendee is welcome to participate in Meetup! While all attendees can access the Meetings Program, investing in Hosted Meetings or select sponsorships increases your chances of connecting with high-value buyers from financial institutions.
