With over 30 years of distinguished experience in financial services, Chris Sibila brings deep expertise in digital transformation, product management, and strategic innovation. Currently leading the technology vision and payments strategy for Financial Center First Credit Union, a $950 million institution serving nearly 60,000 members across Indiana, Chris has been instrumental in advancing the credit union's digital-first banking strategy to deliver best-in-class member experiences.
His impressive career includes executive leadership roles at CNG Holdings, Harland Clarke (now Vericast), and Elements Financial Federal Credit Union. He's also held key positions at Citibank and spent 19 years with Fifth Third Bank, developing expertise across technology, payments, operations, acquisitions, and sales.
Chris is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Xavier University.
