Eileen Holcomb

Head of Sales Engagement - Home Lending Transformation Wells Fargo

Eileen leads the Sales Engagement product team as well as product strategy and business management for Customer Experience, Sales & Services within Home Lending Transformation. She is responsible for building and executing on the Home Lending sales and marketing strategy, defining and managing the end-to-end customer relationship management (CRM) and sales management tool ecosystem while testing out new technologies to drive efficiency.

Prior to this, Eileen led Digital Activation Strategy & Readiness in Commercial, Corporate & Investment Banking Digital (CB CIB Digital), which included driving adoption of our digital solutions through data-driven analyses and strategies, managing Voice of Client & Complaints programming & enabling readiness for new solutions for sales and clients. She joined Wells Fargo in 2022 to lead Product Strategy & FinTech partnerships.

Before joining Wells Fargo, Eileen was the head of Strategy & Transformation in Access Digital Channels at JPMorgan (JPM) focusing on running the investment program, building out the strategic communications and launching the client engagement program. She also led global client experience for Digital Channels in the Corporate & Investment Bank. Prior to that, Eileen was at Bank of America (BoA) leading Strategy, Innovation & Data in Business Banking as well as other strategy and product innovation roles in their treasury and consumer businesses. She joined BoA in an MBA leadership development program. She started her career at E&Y doing financial consulting. She went to Babson College for undergrad and earned her MBA from Boston College.
