Malinda Monterrosa is Head of Marketing Strategy at Axos Financial, where she leads marketing strategy across key business lines and supports more than 35 niche audiences nationwide. She established and scaled the marketing strategy organization, helping position marketing as a strategic partner to the business and driving a more integrated, insight-led approach to growth.

Prior to Axos, Monterrosa held roles at City National Bank and Pacific Premier Bank, and served as president of the Rotary Club of Los Angeles, where she helped direct more than $650,000 in funding toward local and global initiatives. She holds an M.B.A. from York St. John University and is based in Carlsbad, California.
