Naomi R. Sanghavee, Managing Director and the Global Head of eCommerce Solutions at J.P. Morganand leads a team of Payments Business Development executives across the globe. Her team providesholistic payments solutions for eCommerce, tech and fintech clients. She is alsoa co-leader for variouswar rooms focusing on the client experience, risks and solutions in the eCommerce and tech space.Before stepping into her current role, Naomi held other positions with the bank, including CommercialBank West Banking Lead for theMultinational Corporations Team and Corporate & Investment Bank FXMarketer on the CDMC team in New York.

Known for her leadership and support of DE&I initiatives in the workplace, Naomi advocates for diversityin recruitment, and of thought, as she is apassionate mentor for colleagues working in Payments,throughout different lines of business including Analysts and Associates, and some of the bank'sbusiness resource groups: Women on the Move and ASPIRE (Asians and Pacific Islanders Reaching forExcellence).

Naomi has a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Marketing from the University of SouthCarolina. She is a proud product of immigrant parents and a mother to an energetic 8-year-old boy.Outside the office, she is an avid traveler and lives with her family in Los Angeles, CA.
