Tahira Dosani, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of ResilienceVC, is a seasoned fintech investor and operator. Her track record involves investments in over 75 early-stage startups – including four that have achieved unicorn status. Her venture capital career is focused on investing in and supporting startups whose core products create better financial outcomes for their customers. Prior to ResilienceVC, Tahira served as Managing Director at Accion Venture Lab, a leading global early-stage venture capital impact fund focused on inclusive fintech. She was a Director at both LeapFrog Investments, a private equity impact fund focused on financial services, and the Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development, leading strategic initiatives and investments across Asia and Africa.

Earlier in her career, she supported the launch of Afghanistan’s first mobile payments platform at Roshan, and was a Management Consultant at Bain & Company. Tahira is an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University and Johns Hopkins University and is an advisor to Village Capital, a mentor for TechStars and serves on the Investor Advisory Board of The Fourth Floor. Based in Washington, D.C., she’s an avid reader, martial arts practitioner, and explorer.
