Reena Verma is Head of Tokenized Deposit Commercialization at The Clearing House, where she leads market engagement and product adoption for the organization’s tokenized deposit initiative. She joined The Clearing House’s Strategy team in 2024, helping shape its on-chain strategy and is now supporting the development of its tokenized deposit capabilities as they advance toward market launch. 
Reena brings more than 15 years of experience in strategy, product, and transformation across institutional and consumer financial services. Prior to joining The Clearing House, she led large-scale initiatives spanning product development, innovation, strategic partnerships, and business transformation at bulge bracket banks.
